Coaching is a unique professional relationship that enables learning and development to occur in a non judgemental environment and thus unlock potential to maximise performance. By coach and client working together confidentially, goals are established and barriers removed to ensure progress is made quicker and more effective. Coaching can cover any area of the business environment.

Insignia provide face to face coaching, as well as popular and extremely affordable telephone coaching as requested with ongoing support by email. Telephone sessions last 60 minutes and face to face sessions can be from 60 minutes upwards depending on requirements and number of individuals to be coached.

Team Coaching and workshops for larger groups are also available.
